By accessing or using YouTube Switcher ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
YouTube Switcher is a free, accessibility-focused web application that allows users to navigate YouTube playlists using switch devices or touchscreen input. The App runs entirely in your browser and does not require account creation.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
All video content accessed through the App is provided by YouTube. Your use of YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. The App does not host, store, or modify any video content.
The optional Google Sign-In feature allows you to access your own YouTube playlists. By using this feature, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of YouTube Switcher shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
